This precious and modern apartment, at only 76 meters from Playa de Gandía, offers a communal pool and accommodation for 8 people. With beautiful views over the sea, the terrace of this beautiful flat is the perfect setting for your breakfast before you set off to take just a few steps down to the sand. On returning from a fun time on the beach, you can rinse off the sand and salt in the complex's outdoor shower and enjoy some more time in the communal pool before heading upstairs to enjoy the terrace again, preparing a delicious meal. The swimming pool is chlorinated and has a size of 20 x 6 m and a depth of between 1.2 and 1.7 m. There is also a children's pool measuring 6 x 4 m and 0.5 m deep. The interior of this eighth floor flat with lift, with its wooden floors and modern furnishings, creates a warm atmosphere to make our guests feel at home. The living-dining room is ideal for having lunch or dinner together and then chatting while watching TV. The kitchen is independent and is equipped with induction hob, oven and other utensils, and is where you will find the washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bathrooms in the house with shower and three bedrooms, all with wardrobe. One has a double bed, the second has two single beds, and the last one has a single bed and a bunk bed which in turn is a trundle bed, so this bedroom can accommodate up to 4 people. A cot and high chair are available. In terms of air conditioning, there is ducted air-conditioning throughout the property, as well as two radiators at your disposal. Please note that the keys to access the property will be in a mailbox at a nearby petrol station. You will receive the coordinates of the petrol station and the details of the mailbox three days prior to your arrival.

Gandía Beach is perfect for lovers not only of fine sand and clear waters, but also for water sports enthusiasts or sand sports, such as volleyball, thanks to its vast expanse. It also has a promenade lined with bars, restaurants and ice cream parlours, inviting you to come in or to buy an ice cream and stroll around. For a more cultural or perhaps nocturnal visit, the picturesque old town of Gandía is well worth a visit.
