Enjoy Malaga and your rest in this impeccable brand new 2 bedroom home (ideal for 4 adults and 2 children) located on one of the nicest streets. The street where you will find yourself is pedestrian and quiet. 4 minutes walk to the famous Larios street! Because we know how important it is to sleep well after a long day of sightseeing, mattresses and pillows are of good quality. The icing on the cake in this house is the sunny roof terrace where you can enjoy the open views over the rooftops of old Malaga. Apart from the basic necessities you will have Wifi connection, Netflix/HBO and a 20 minute walk to the Malagueta beach.

It is an up and coming neighborhood. You will find everything at your door step, mini supermarket, farmacy, tapas bar...but do not worry about noise. The street where the house is located is a pedestrian one, with only residence so it is very quiet
