The central building, near the river, shops, bars with elevator and video intercom. It has central heating, heat pump and AC. In the bedroom, a 1.50 m bed. In the living room: furniture, with a 32” Samsung TV, a non-folding sofa and a 150X200 bed. Kitchen: fridge, washing machine, oven and hob. The bathroom with bathtub, sink and toilet. There are sheets, blankets, towels, hair dryer, cleaning utensils, clothesline, iron. In the same block there is an outdoor pool, bar, restaurant and various shops. Access the accommodation directly through the key safe. Advanced cleaning. Discounts for longer stays. In case you need to leave a little after check-out (12:00 pm) please ask the host to check availability and not harm the following guests; otherwise, it will be considered as a damage and will be charged according to the damage deposit.
I am a cordial person, respectful and attentive to all the details. I like to do everything necessary so that the guests are comfortable in the house and leave with good memories and want to return. I like to travel with my family, to know new places and new people.
