ABOUT US If you are reading this, it’s probably because you are an ardent lover of Jávea and the Costa Blanca. Or that you are simply curious about us and what we do, so allow us to introduce ourselves…. Jávea Holidays began life in 2001 when two friends, who had recently relocated to the Costa Blanca from the UK, decided (over a chilled bottle of local vino blanco) that Jávea and its surroundings were simply too beautiful to be kept to themselves. As it turns out, that casual clinking of glasses was the start of something pretty special. JÁVEA HOLIDAYS TODAY We’ve evolved, gained new owners and lots of hands-on experience since then. From humble beginnings, managing bookings via telephone enquiries, we’ve developed a user-friendly website, optimized for both mobile and tablet. Our search filters allow our customers to quickly find exactly what they’re after, and we’ve become dab hands at promoting our homes on social media sites #welovewhatwedo! Our emphasis is still on sourcing one-of-a-kind holiday homes. Places that our guests will love so much that they want to come back time and time again. We now offer apartments with breath-taking sea views, beachy duplexes, family-friendly villas, as well as gorgeous off-the-beaten track fincas and cosy winter rentals. NEW PROPERTY - MAY 2025 Tucked inside a characterful historic building on a charming pedestrian street, Velamar is the perfect seaside escape for couples craving a romantic getaway with a touch of local flair. Set in the very heart of Jávea Port, the apartment enjoys front-row views of the Mediterranean and sits just steps from the striking *Iglesia de Nuestra Señora de Loreto* – a local architectural gem inspired by the hull of a ship. Inside, Velamar is a calm, elegant retreat. The one-bedroom apartment features a generous king-size bed, a sleek built-in wardrobe, and a stylish bathroom with a walk-in shower. An open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen space flows onto a beachfront balcony – the ideal spot for morning coffee, lazy brunches or watching the world go by. There’s hot/cold air conditioning in both the bedroom and lounge, plus a modern electric fire to add a cosy glow on cooler evenings. The kitchen is compact but well-equipped, with everything you need for holiday feasting. While there’s no freezer, a large electric ice maker has your chilled drinks covered. Velamar’s location couldn’t be better – with the beach just across the promenade, and shops, cafes and restaurants a short stroll away. A private underground parking space is also included, just a five-minute walk from the apartment. At the front, the balcony sits above a lively café terrace, adding a cheerful daytime buzz. At the back, a smaller balcony gives you a charming view over the historic walking street and the iconic church. Worth noting!: Velamar is set in the vibrant centre of the Port. That means guests can enjoy front-row seats to Jávea’s many cultural events and fiestas – from colourful parades to local music festivals – right from the comfort of the apartment.
