It is a traditional Mallorcan villa with a country house style, with wooden beams which gives it a unique touch, with large windows with amazing mountain views. The ground floor has a lovely living room connected to the dining room with air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen and a toilet with laundry. On the second floor you will find 4 clean rooms: the matrimonial suite with air conditioning and full bathroom; then, two rooms with two single beds and air conditioning; and finally a cute small room with a single bed. These three share a full bathroom with two sinks, bath, toilet, and bidet. Outside, on the wonderful garden, you can enjoy a great day with family and friends as it has a pool, a barbecue, a jacuzzi, a pin pong table and a table where you can eat. The well-known beaches of Cala San Vicente 5 km away. The main attraction of Cala Sant Vicente is to enjoy the tranquillity and visit the various beaches such as Cala Barques, Cala Clara and Cala Molin. In the old town of Pollença you will find many shopping opportunities and a variety of restaurants. There is also a large fruit and vegetable market here every Sunday. IMPORTANT Pool towels and a welcome basket are provided with every booking. We provide all the information about the area (bars, restaurants, beaches, places of interest...) in an online guide so that you can make the most of your holiday. 24h availability for any kind of questions and assistance. This chalet can accommodate babies. Cot and high chair included on request at no extra cost. Please inform us a few days before your arrival about your expected time of arrival (flight/boat number if applicable) to arrange together the handover of the keys. VAT and final cleaning included. Pollença is a beautiful town set at the north of the island in a valley, at about a forty five minute drive from the airport. It's a really charming and quiet place, set at a seven kilometres drive from the wonderful beaches of its own Port. Some of its points of interest are the Calvario steps, the Puig de Maria, the cala San Vicente, ect... It is also important to have in mind the wide range of restaurants and shops, specially around the lively main square and at the sea walk in the port. There is an hour drive to Palma and to other interesting places in the island.
