Beautiful house overlooking the bay, very bright and spacious. Ideal for a holiday with family or friends. The perfect place to disconnect from the daily routine. The house is independent and quiet, although it is very central. It has privileged views. From any part of the house you can see the bay or the mountains and it offers natural light throughout the day in all rooms.Wifi throughout the house and with enough speed for leisure or teleworking. This beautiful house is distributed over two floors and includes a garage for two cars. The ground floor has a large living-dining room, an office, a spacious kitchen, a small bathroom and a double bedroom. The spectacular glazed terrace with sitting and dining area is amazing. It is very luminous and receives natural light in all the rooms throughout the day. On the upper floor you will find four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house is fully equipped, it has a Smart TV in the living room and wifi connection throughout the house with high speed (40 MBps).

From the Mirador you can have a walk down to the village. San Sebastián de La Gomera is a quiet village with pedestrian areas for strolling and a long avenue that runs along the bay. The house offers a garage for two cars, so you won't have any parking problems when you arrive. In the village there are areas where it is easier to find parking, although be aware that at rush hour or weekends it is a bit more complicated. There are several public car parks (Parking Centro Ciudad, parking La Hila...). Our house El Mirador is situated very close to the viewpoint Mirador de la Hila. From the Mirador you can take a walk down to the village. The village of San Sebastián de La Gomera is a quiet village with pedestrian areas for strolling, a long avenue that runs along the bay, with cafes, restaurants, shops, supermarkets and small shops to browse. In addition, its Municipal Market is ideal for wandering around and discovering the local produce. Take a look at the roof, it's very curious!You can also take a cultural tour of the town. The Tourist Office will give you all kind of information, including routes around the island and a detailed map for hiking.
