Located in a quiet area, close to Santa Eulalia, less than two miles from several beaches such as Cala Pada, S'argamassa, Niu Blau and 500 metres from a restaurant. Fenced with a private pool and a covered terrace next to it, with barbecue and dining table, perfect for outdoor dining. There is also a small playground for children. Wonderful views of the countryside give the villa a tranquil feel, yet you are conveniently close to beaches to enjoy the sea for days on end. The beautiful house is pleasantly furnished to make a stay here even more inviting. The main house has two floors. The main building has a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, with satellite TV and Wi-Fi. A corridor leads to three bedrooms, a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and TV and two double bedrooms, each with two beds and a shared bathroom with bathtub. A staircase connects us to the fourth bedroom, in this case two single beds with bathroom with outdoor shower and balcony on the top floor. There is also an independent apartment outside in the garden, with a covered, converted chill-out area and a dining room, an open-plan kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom with two single beds that can be converted into a double bed. There is air conditioning throughout the villa. Full cleaning with change of bed linen and towels every 7 nights. Towel change in the middle of the week. Accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people.
