Located in Alcúdia, this charming villa combines traditional Mallorcan style with all modern amenities to offer a comfortable, relaxed and charming stay. The house has 3 bedrooms and capacity for 5 people, with an area of 156 m² within a 500 m² plot surrounded by nature. One of the bedrooms has a comfortable double bed, another has two single beds, and the third has a single bed. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, ensuring maximum comfort during the warmest months. The accommodation has 2 bathrooms with shower, private garden, outdoor furniture, fenced plot, WiFi, private pool and outdoor parking within the premises.
