Villa Margarita is a luxurious and spacious property with an outdoor pool boasting sensational views of the Mediterranean Sea and a tranquil private garden oasis. Upon entry to the villa, you will encounter the main living area. This stylish living/dining area has ample sofa seating, vaulted ceiling and separate dining area which is located inside a stone-clad tower. Large glass doors open up to one of the villa's many outside terraces offering a covered dining experience with stunning, 180-degree sea views. The kitchen has all modern appliances, a stove, a refrigerator/freezer, granite counter tops and an adjacent utility area with a separate washing machine and dryer. The kitchen overlooks a sun-drenched terrace with casual sofa seating. The main bedroom level has four bedrooms and two full-sized bathrooms. Comfortably and tastefully furnished, all bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. Two of the bedrooms open to a covered terrace with seating and sea, garden and pool views. The elegant pool and garden level can be accessed by two outside staircases. At the pool/garden level, there is a covered terrace and BBQ area for poolside entertaining. There is also a separate apartment that sleeps two people and has a full-sized kitchen, bathroom and living area. The pool has a separate shallow section for young children to enjoy. Free Wi-Fi throughout the property and TV with main UK channels in the living room. Linens, bath and beach towels etc. are included.

Villa Margarita is situated on a quiet tree-lined street and only a short walking distance from the beautiful Son Bou beach. The villa is in close proximately to bars, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and a bakery.
