***Important note: there is currently (29/03/2025) a work in the adjacent property** Villa Rivo is a 250 m² villa with incredible views of the sea and direct access to several coves (just 20m away), located in a privileged location on the Costa de la Calma. It has a large terrace of about 75m2. The house has a total of six bedrooms and ten beds. The property is divided into two floors. At the entrance level are one master bedroom (with a bathroom and separate toilets), 3 double bedrooms (all equipped with a small washbasin), a bathroom, a toilet with washbasin, an equipped kitchen and a living room with a fireplace, as well as access to the main terrace with outdoor sofas, deck chairs and tables with chairs. On the lower floor we find two bedrooms with a single bed each, the laundry room and a bathroom with a shower, access to a covered terrace and the path with access to the beaches and an outside shower. Villa Rivo has hot and cold air conditioning in all bedrooms and heating in the living room and dining room as well as large windows that fill the house with light and give a feeling of spaciousness.

It is surrounded by charming pine trees offering shade, and located a few meters from the sea, in an idyllic and quiet area of Costa de la Calma. Close to all services such as golf courses, restaurants, shops, bars, pharmacies, tennis courts, beaches, just 20 minutes from Palma and 10 minutes from the exclusive Port Adriano yacht club.
