Property information

Beautiful villa located in an area of ​​calm and tranquility a few meters from rocky beaches and only 2 kilometers from sandy beaches, as well as beautiful walks by the sea, ideal for families or groups of adults. The house has two floors where we find a spacious living room with fireplace, dining room with table for 8 people, fully equipped kitchen, 4 double bedrooms, two of them with a double bed, 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet. The room on the top floor has a balcony with a wonderful view of the pool and the sea. In the outdoor area we find a fabulous private pool to cool off during the hot summer days, sunbeds, a beautiful garden with outdoor furniture to enjoy meals made on the barbecue and spend an unforgettable vacation. Nearby you will find two important golf courses (Golf Maioris and Golf Son Antem), by car the Arenal leisure area is only 5 minutes away, the airport approximately 10-15 minutes away. Just 25 minutes away we will find one of the best beaches in Mallorca: Es Trenc. If you do not have a car, 200 meters away there is the bus stop (line 520), which will connect you with the Club Nautico del Arenal and the Balneario 1 of Playa de Palma in less than 15 minutes and with the center of Palma in approximately 40 minutes

Sa Torre is located in the municipality of Llucmajor, southeast of Palma de Mallorca. It is located on the coast, close to other coastal towns such as Cala Blava and Cala Pi. Although Sa Torre is mainly residential, it has local amenities such as supermarkets, restaurants and shops. For more extensive needs, residents can commute to Llucmajor or Palma, which are within reasonable driving distance.
