Welcome to this house located in Maria de la Salut, which welcomes 4 guests to enjoy a relaxing holiday in company. The terrace of this villa is ideal for lounging in the warm Mediterranean sun on one of the sun loungers available. For cooling off, there is an ideal chlorine pool measuring 7 metres long and 3 metres wide, with a depth varying from 1.10 to 1.60 metres. On the first floor there is another furnished terrace where you can enjoy delicious meals prepared on the barbecue. Going inside, the house is distributed in two floors, a first floor where the rooms are located and a ground floor where there is a living room with sofa and A/C with exit to the terrace with swimming pool, and a bathroom with shower. The first floor begins with a second living room with two sofas and A/C, where all the guests can enjoy an evening of movies on TV. In the same room, there is a dining table to eat the delicious dishes prepared in the ceramic hob fully equipped with the necessary cooking utensils. When it's time to sleep, you will have 3 bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The second and third bedrooms are also equipped with a double bed and, one of them, with a wardrobe. All the bedrooms have A/C. A second bathroom with bathtub serves this floor. The house offers a washing machine and iron for use during your stay. Finally, if you are travelling with a baby, a cot and high chair are provided.

Neighbourhood information

The area of Maria de la Salut is in the centre of the island, so it is very easy to get anywhere in a reasonable time. The area is basically rural and mostly inhabited by local people and you will find all the basic services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants, and will allow you to discover the local customs and traditions. In only 20 minutes by car, you will reach Ca'n Picafort, where you will find an extensive promenade next to the beach where you will find a variety of shops, bars and restaurants where you can taste the Majorcan gastronomy.
