Booking rules and supplements: - Clean: Four hundred and ninety euros – Base rate valid for 8 guests and 8 beds (2 double beds and 2 with twin beds) – Each additional guest (up to a maximum of 14 people) incurs a supplement per night, calculated automatically at the time of booking. – The villa has 4 bedrooms: 2 with double bed and 2 with single beds plus a room for additional guests near the pool with external bathroom and shower. Additional beds (2 single beds added in bedroom no. 1 and 1 double bed plus two singles in room no. 5 near the pool) will be provided in relation to the number of guests greater than 8 and only if paid through the extra guest fee. The main floor, a few steps from the main entrance, hosts the standard configuration for 8–10 guests, which includes: Two bedrooms with two single beds each, One double bedroom with a standard bed, One double bedroom with a king-size bed, which also has space for two additional single beds. These rooms are all located on the same level, and only the two double bedrooms enjoy sea views. There are also two spacious bathrooms on this floor. To accommodate additional guests (up to 14 in total), four more single beds can be placed on the -2 floor, which is the pool level. These beds are arranged in the room with sea view adjacent to the indoor pool. This sleeping area is equipped with blackout curtains and air conditioning. The bathroom and shower for this lower level are external.

Our VIP seafront villa is located in Port Adriano/El Toro, near Santa Ponsa, between Portals Nous and Port d'Andratx, right in the heart of Mallorca's most exclusive areas. Only 15 km from Palma, the villa offers easy access to everything: stunning beaches, luxurious marinas, golf courses, vibrant nightlife in Magaluf, and charming VIP towns. Nearby amenities include gourmet restaurants, luxury boutiques, supermarkets, and car rental services — everything you need for a perfect island stay. The villa can be easily reached via our private transfer service (available for a fee), by taxi, rental car (ask us for an offer), or by bus (line 106 – with over 90 buses per week). However, the nearest bus stop is 700 meters from the villa, near the Porto Adriano beach, along a slightly uphill road. There you will also find bars, restaurants, and a supermarket. Upon final confirmation of the booking, we will send you a video that explains how to use the TV, internet, sound system, sauna, air conditioning, heating, and all other amenities.
