Property information

We are launching a spectacular and cozy single-family holiday home located in Castiello de Bernueces, a few meters from the Plaza del Curullu, just 5 minutes by car from the city center and with very good connections to highways and highways. It is a 365 m² house built on a beautiful flat plot of 1,300 m2. From its porch, excellently oriented to the south, we access the house through a hallway and from this to a bright living-dining room with some details that give it personality, such as its fireplace embedded in a beautiful wooden bookcase. On this first floor we have a kitchen with access to a large rear terrace with spectacular views over Gijón and its surroundings. Also on the first floor is the master bedroom with a large bathroom. The second floor, of an underground type but with high ceilings, has two large bedrooms, a bathroom and a cozy and bright open space, from which you can enjoy the beautiful exterior views.

Neighbourhood information

This property has a privileged location in the parish of Castiello de Bernueces, belonging to the municipality of Gijón, over which it enjoys beautiful views from its gallery. Castiello de Bernueces is one of the most attractive residential areas of the green perimeter of Gijón. It has multiple green and semi-rural areas where you can walk and play sports. Within a very short distance there are different sports facilities, among which the Castiello Golf Club, El Tragamón Golf Course and the Real Grupo Cultura Covadonga stand out. Its comfortable distance from the city, just 5 km, and its direct access to the city's main highways and highways, make this parish a highly desired area to enjoy.
