We are located in the Old Varkaus area. The area is a nationally significant built cultural environment. The entire building stock of the area is protected.
The buildings Niittylä I-III were built between 1910 and 1918 as housing for factory workers. You are now in Niittylä II and can also enjoy our beautiful courtyard. It is only a few hundred metres to the shore of Lake Saimaa and the marina.
There are good walking trails in the surrounding area and a bicycle rental point about a kilometre away. Abt. 100 m to the bus stop.
