“Stunning location by the lake. Nicely secluded- well suited to aurora spotting, but only a short drive to facilities in Akaslompolo when needed. Comfortable cosy cottage, with the saunas a huge bonus. Hosts helpful and responsive when needed.”

Kesänki lake cottage is at unique location. This is a true nature spot. When You look out the window you can see fells and lake. Beautiful in every time of the year. This is a good place for people who enjoy outdoors or people who just want to relax. From the cottage there is easy access to XC-skiing tracks, biking tracks (summer and winter) and this is maybe the best spot for ski-touring and hiking in Äkäslompolo area.
Cottage it self is cozy. Atmosphere is welcoming and warm. During the summer and autumn time there´s sauna by the lake to our guest. Also inside the cottage there is a sauna available all year around. Fireplace in the living area is heart of the cottage.
