Traveling around the world for a few years already, I used more hostels and guest houses than I can count. I've always loved the atmosphere of cultural exchange that can be found there, that's why I try to reproduce it in my own guest house from now on!

Hei and welcome to our partly renovated Old School above the Arctic Circle! What's great about our place? If you love wilderness, outdoor activities, and meeting new people from different cultures, then this is the right place for you! Although if you just want to enjoy the nature around you in a calm and quiet environment, this is also the right place for you! Here you will find consumable farm products such as milk, cheese, bread etc and have access to all our land and lake. The dorm room consists of 4 single person beds along with space for clothing and view on the lake. The library-corridor and cozy room are at your disposal. The latter includes a full kitchen, a piano, a fireplace, boardgames and more books. About twice per week we turn the sauna on. Feel free to walk around all forest, lake and river nearby. Depending on the time of the year, you can be directed towards activities such as snowshoeing, fishing, ice fishing, skiing, snowmobiling, etc. See you soon!
