A warm and cozy holiday apartment with a view to a nearby pond with two terraces, rear one having a jacuzzi on the partially covered back terrace and summer kitchen, built in summer 2025. In the villa, you can enjoy the cooking possibilities of the fully equipped open kitchen and socializing while on vacation, because the whole group can spend time together in the spacious living room-open kitchen space. After bathing in the stylish sauna, you can go to the terrace to bubble and cool off on the partially covered terrace. There is space for three cars in the yard. The well-equipped kitchen has an ice-freezer, microwave, stove/oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, air fryer, crockery, and cooking utensils. The villa has an iron and ironing board, washing machine, 65" smart TV, bedding (blankets and pillows) and cleaning equipment. Plenty of beds: 120 cm bed in the downstairs bedroom, 160 cm double bed in both bedrooms upstairs and 2 x 80 cm beds and a 140 cm sofa bed in the upstairs living area. A baby travel cot is also available. Only 1.5 km to the center of Kalajoki Hiekkasärkät to Hilmantori and approx. 2 km to the beach. Great location near the Kalajoki golf course. Footpaths and lighted charger routes start next door, and you can brew soot pot coffee in the wilderness atmosphere on the porch. The area's terrain is the best for mountain biking, and there are even sledding hills. Next to it is the Rahja archipelago, which was born as a result of land uplift and is a nice, sheltered excursion destination in the summer for a fishing, kayaking or SUP board trip, and in the winter for a skiing or ice fishing trip.
