Tässä upeassa, parvekkeellisessa kolmiossa olet Tampereen kaupungin keskeisimmällä paikalla! Täällä tulet varmasti viihtymään Tampereella. Asunnossa on viihtyisä parveke, pesukone, hyvä televisio sekä uudet sängyt jossa nukkua ja uudet kodinkoneet sekä aterimet. Vieressä - Nokia-Areena - Ratinan kauppakeskus - Linja- ja rautatieasema - Parhaat ravintolat ja yökerhot(HUOM! samassa talossa ravintoloita ja yökerhoja) Sängyt erotettavissa kahdeksi 90 cm sängyksi. Kysy maksullista P-paikkaa!

Rakennus on Tampereen keskeisimmällä paikalla. Tampereen parhaat ravintolat ovat samassa korttelissa. Nokia-arena, Ratinan kauppakeskus ja Rautatieasema ovat aivan vieressä. Talo rakennettu 1960 -luvulla ja asunnot remontoitu täysin 2022. Asunto sijaitsee 2.kerroksessa, oman pienen rappukäytävän varrella. Asunto sijaitsee rautatieaseman, raitiovaunupysäkin ja linja-autoaseman läheisyydessä. Pysäköintimahdollisuus useimmiten tarjolla, kysy lisää! Lisäksi kadunvarsipysäköintiä tarjolla alueella.
