Beautiful and modern 2-br apartment completely refurbished in the center of Cannes This beautiful apartment of 60m² can accommodate up to 6 guests. It consists of 2 bedrooms that each offer the possibility to choose (on request) one double bed or two single beds. One of the rooms has an ensuite bathroom (Italian shower, toilets, hair dryer). The second bathroom is independent and also has an Italian shower and separated toilets. The American kitchen is fully fitted with fridge and freezer, microwave, espresso machine, kettle, washing and drying machine, dishwasher. It opens onto a large and bright living room, which has a very comfortable double sofa bed. Lcd screen in the living room, Wifi in the entire apartment.

Ideally located in the heart of downtown Cannes, a neighborhood known as "la banane", the apartment (carefully selected by your exclusive partner agency Olam Properties) is close to all amenities: Shops: supermarkets and mini-markets open 7/7, Gambetta market every day except Monday, rue d'Antibes at the foot of the building with all the well-known brand names. Restaurants, bars, cafés: everything is within easy reach, and we're happy to advise you in our city guide. Railway and bus stations, less than 5 mns walk away Beaches and Croisette, Palais des festivals in the immediate vicinity... The apartment is ideal for your business or leisure stay, and will suit holidaymakers as well as conventioneers coming to Cannes for one of the many professional events taking place at the Palais des Festivals during the season (MIPIM, MIPCOM, Film Festival, Yacht Show, ILTM or Tax Free).
