Ideal for a 2-person stay, with 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and a large balcony with sea and cape views for relaxing or having lunch. It has all the comforts for your stay: two balconies, air conditioning, wifi, bathroom, dishwasher, washing machine, etc. Bed linen and towels are provided. Beach towels are also available at an additional cost. Just a 1-minute walk from the sea and 5 minutes from the train station (Menton/Monaco/Nice), all amenities are at the foot of the building (bakery, supermarket, restaurants, bars). Ideally located, this flat is perfect for enjoying the Riviera. To access the elevator, there is a landing with 8 steps. We are pleased to hand you the keys and show you the apartment and its surroundings in person from 3 PM to 8 PM at the latest.
