Living room and kitchen: The living area is bright thanks to a large bay window opening onto a 20 m² balcony. It includes a lounge corner with a sofa bed and TV, and a dining area with a large table. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, coffee maker, and all necessary dishes and utensils. Bedrooms: The apartment includes three bedrooms: - two rooms with a double bed (160 x 200 cm), - one room with two single beds (80 x 200 cm). Bed linens are provided for all sleeping areas, including the sofa bed. Bathroom: The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink, and storage space. Towels are provided. Other Amenities: - Ski lockers with heated boot racks; - Elevator in the building. Apartment Location: Only a 2-minute walk from Place de l’Opinel with shops and restaurants. Ski slopes and the ESF ski school are just 300 meters away. Important Information: - During the winter and spring school holidays, check-in and check-out are scheduled for Saturdays (check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out before 9:00 AM). - Bed linens and towels are included in the booking. - Pets are not allowed in the apartment.
