For your holidays or your business stays, The Studio A Deux pas d’Aix welcomes you all over the year in the countryside of Aix en Provence at only 10 minutes from the city center, near a golf course and a horse riding center. The studio 22 sqm with its terrace 12 sqm is ideally situated in a 3 star residence that offers free access to the swimming pool with deck chairs, a reception open 24h/24, a service for breakfast, a restaurant, a laundry and a free and secured parking. It is ideal for your short or long touristic and professional stays. I wanted a cosy and comfortable decoration to allow you to feel at home. Bright and sunny, the studio offers its own terracce with garden furniture and umbrella sail. It is entirely equipped, soundproofed and air conditioned. You will find a satellite TV 102 cm, free Wifi, magazines, toaster, kettle, coffee pot, tea, coffee, sugar, refrigerator, micro wave, hair dryer, iron, bath towels, shower gel, soaps, kitchen ustensiles, plates and dishes and a comfortable bed 160 x 200.
Welcome to my studio A Deux pas d'Aix! After your reservation I will contact you to know your arrival time, according, I will welcome you or will give you anyway the key box code by email, you can access the appartment anytime from 2 pm with autonomy. After several years in tourism in Arcachon, export in Paris and abroad, I moved to Provence 17 years ago. Today I spend my time as a real estate agent and as a holiday renter which allows me to meet nice people and share good moments. I keep available during your entire stay to please you. Enjoy your stay. Do not hesitate to give me a call if you need anything.
