With free parking in front of the door, air conditioning, two very comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen, this apartment offers an excellent starting point to discover Saintes, or simply a pleasant and relaxing stopover during a long journey. Nearby: Abbey of the Ladies at 150 metres, Shopping centre E. Leclerc at 150 metres, Public gardens at 200 metres, Arc de Germanicus at 450 m, Courthouse at 850m, SNCF station at 950 m. This two-room apartment, located on the ground floor, includes a main living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed. The adjoining bedroom has a comfortable double bed. Access is through connected locks, both to the main entrance of the building and to that of the apartment. A 6-digit code, valid for the duration of your stay, will be provided to you, as well as access cards for an experience close to that of a modern hotel. We live nearby and are easily reachable, either via the application or by mobile phone. Small bonus - if your mobile phone breaks down, and you have forgotten your access code, you can contact us directly via the « Ring » doorbell in front of the main door and we can help you. If you need a private and guaranteed parking space, rather than parking for free on the street, please inform us in advance - we will make it available to you free of charge. We can very easily accommodate a car with a trailer.
