This flat is located in a quiet, family-friendly building, so it is suitable for responsible, respectful travellers; please be sure not to party or make any excessive noise (music, shouting) after 9pm. The apartment is composed as follows: 1st floor : - After the front door of the apartment, you will take stairs leading directly to the large living room: lounge area, dining room, open fitted kitchen - separate WC - Large balcony (this is not a terrace, you cannot eat outside) 2nd Floor : - 2 bedrooms with double bed and storage - 1 bedroom with two single beds - Bathroom with bath/shower, sink and WC As access to the apartment and the rooms requires stairs, this accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
