THE HOUSEHOLD MUST BE CARRIED OUT BY THE TENANTS. HOUSEHOLD LINEN IS NOT PROVIDED (sheets, towels, tea towels). This apartment in residence located 1,700 meters above sea level has a large terrace and offers exceptional views of the surrounding mountains. In winter the ski slopes are accessible on foot as well as the hiking trails in summer.

Located on the Adret of the Lauzière massif The residence overlooks the Saint-François-Longchamp 1650 station to which it is attached. But it is located on the territory of the municipality of Mongellafrey. The amenities (tourist office, shops, coffee, restaurant, nightclub, balneotherapy, doctor, pharmacy, etc.) are easily accessible on foot.
