Welcome to our spacious apartment in Saint-Priest, perfect for families or groups of up to 5 guests. This modern lodging features comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. - Close to public transport (tram T4 50m) - Pizzeria located right at the base of the building - All essential amenities for a comfortable stay included. Note that towels, bed linen and tourist tax are included in the rental fee. End cleaning has to be done by the guests. Additional information : - The property must be left in an acceptable condition, or fees may apply. - The T4 tram is just 50 meters away, offering easy access to the city. - At the foot of the building, there's a pizzeria, perfect for a meal. - The deposit must be paid at least two days before arrival by wire. - Pets are allowed upon prior request for an extra fee of 25 euros per stay.
