Located in the Balance district, in a quiet area, our duplex apartment is fully equipped and air-conditioned (the air conditioning is reversible) and has been completely renovated. Upstairs, you will find the kitchen, living room, and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped (American fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble dryer, oven, induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, and microwave). In the living room, there is a large corner sofa, and for your meals, you have a table with 4 chairs. A small staircase leads to the office space. You will find two lovely bedrooms: the first with a King-size bed (180x200). And the second with a bunk bed that can accommodate 2 adults, 1 adult/1 child, or 2 children. Finally, there is a nice bathroom with a corner bathtub, double sink, towel dryer, and WC. All the household linen is provided (bed sheets, duvets, bath towels, dish towels). You also have an iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, etc. at your disposal. The apartment, of course, has a good WIFI connection. Parking: our apartment is located next to a paid public and covered parking (the parking of the Palais des Papes), very convenient. For those interested, we offer our parking card for a fee of 15 euros/day or 90 euros for the week. Cleaning: all cleaning products are provided for your use. Please take care of our home and leave it as you found it upon arrival.

Just steps away from the Palais des Papes, the famous Pont d’Avignon, and the historic ramparts, you will be ideally placed to discover the cultural richness of the city. Between Provençal markets, sunny terraces, and theatre festival in summer, Avignon offers a true sweetness of life. Less than an hour away: the Pont du Gard, the Luberon, the vineyards of Châteauneuf-du-Pape, as well as the Alpilles and the Camargue.
