"LA PEPITE" is a very nice apartment recently renovated (2020) situated in the heart of Annecy. 5 min from the lake, train station and the old town of Annecy, it's perfectly situated and calm. The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a nice stay in Annecy (baby bed, Dyson fan, flat screen TV, private balcony, coffee machine, hoven, microwave, fridge...). You will feel at home in our cosy apartment.
We are a family from Annecy and love welcoming our guests and make them discover our beautiful city and region. We love giving our secret tips to have an unforgattable moment in Annecy.
LA PEPITE is located in the heart of Annecy. Just 50 meters from the main pedestrian street of Annecy (Rue Carnot). Bellow the apartment you will find a nice restaurant famous for their brunch, a bakery, pastry shop, pharmacy and everything you will need during your stay! From the apartment you will be able to do everything by walk and if tou want to go further you will be able to rent a bike and discover the tour of the lake.
