In the event of non-compliance, the following measures will be applied:

Removal of the deposit: The deposit will be completely withheld for non-compliance with the rules, i.e. €300.
Intervention of the authorities: In the event of serious disturbances to public order (unauthorized parties, nuisance), the local authorities may be contacted.
