Comfortable T2 mezzanine apartment (30m2) for up to 4 people, on the 4th and last floor with elevator in a quiet and secure residence with caretaker. The advantages of this rental: Magnificent sea view, swimming pool, television, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, microwave, private parking, pétanque area, secure bicycle parking. Guests have easy access to internet with their smartphones. 100m from the beach, near the port and shops. Reception and handing over of the keys by the owner on site in person.
Owner accessible in the same town during the stay, will hand over the keys on arrival and inventory on departure.
100m from a large sandy beach, a beautiful sea environment, sailboats and mountain beach. Close to shops, the port and the city center. Angling. Close to Spain. Nice walk to do on foot, by bike, by car, on horseback and by boat. Very large sandy beach. Bus stop 5 minutes walk SNCF train stations in Elne and Perpignan.
