La propriété se trouve dans une jolie commune qui est toute proche des premières pistes de ski comme le Gaschney et le Schnepfenried A 100 mètres vous avez un boulanger ouvert aussi le Dimanche et une supérette qui est aussi ouverte le Dimanche matin. .Proche des tous les chemins de randonnée,à 5 km de la jolie ville Munster .
