Recently renovated duplex apartment located 800 m from Omah Beach and 5 mins walk from a convenience store in the heart of the landing beaches, ideal starting point for your visits and activities. Located on the 1st and 2nd floor of a house. The ground floor is also a rental, possibility of renting the whole house (capacity 12 people) do not hesitate to contact us. On the 1st floor: * living room equipped with a TV, dining area * fitted and equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker, nespresso, kettle, toaster, raclette machine) * bathroom (shower and washbasin, washing machine and WC) 2 bedrooms, one with a king size bed with TV and another with a queen size bed and game console screen. For your comfort, new bedding and good quality. Storage. Direct access to the cozy and furnished terrace with garden furniture and barbecue overlooking the surroundings. On the 2nd floor: - a large bedroom with TV and lounge area as well as an office. - a bedroom with 2 single beds, storage and desk with sea view Games for children Baby equipment on request.
