Cocoonr B&P Agency offers you to come and discover this beautiful 40 m² flat in Leucate, ideally located in a quiet and pleasant residence facing the sea! Close to the town centre, its activities and amenities, this pied-à-terre is the perfect place for a stay of up to 4 people. You will have a beautiful living room with a lounge area, an enclosed loggia with a dining table to enjoy a good meal facing the sea, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom and a garden shared with the residence. Private parking space. Bed linen and towels provided. Animals accepted at an extra cost. An extra bed for a child is available on request. Other remarks: - A numbered parking space is at your disposal at the foot of the residence. - Bed linen and towels provided. - Animals accepted on request, extra charge: 10e/stay/pet. - Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.
