Neighborhood: Step out of the building and you've got all the comforts of downtown: shops, restaurants, market, theater, hairdresser, bike rental. Just 300m away, you'll find the Grand Écran cinema and its Cinémax auditorium. You're just a 10-minute walk from the train station, a 10-minute walk from the port with its famous oyster huts and a 20-minute bike ride from Arcachon center. There are plenty of bike rental companies to bring your bikes to you, and you can store them in the bike room in the parking lot. What's more, and not least, a space in the residence's underground parking lot awaits you (possibility of parking two vehicles).
