Beautiful, spacious gîte (100 m²) with swimming pool, located 30 minutes' drive from Zoo de Beauval, 15 minutes from Parc Naturel de la Brenne and 20 minutes from the historic town of Loches. The gîte (with two bedrooms) is beautifully situated on a Grande Randonnée trail and features a kitchen with dishwasher, electric hob, oven, Senseo coffee machine, fridge and freezer. There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet. The first bedroom has a double bed; the second bedroom has two single beds. The house has its own entrance and an enclosed garden with garden furniture and barbecue. A maximum of two dogs are allowed in this gîte. Your bed will be made upon arrival, and two towels per person will be provided. The owners of the gîte and B&B are avid walkers and also organise walking holidays. Feel free to ask for a beautiful walking route in the area. In addition, meals are cooked four days a week (bookable at an additional cost). We love walking our dog, being outdoors, and our guests tell us that we are very service-oriented. Would you like to eat out? We will be happy to call ahead and make a reservation for you. Are you looking for a nice walking route? We can give you tailor-made suggestions. Would you like to visit a nice market? Els and Sjoerd know where to go and when. In addition to the above, we love to cook and enjoy spoiling our guests. That is why we cook four evenings a week (if there are several people staying). From June to August, we organise bridge holidays (outside this medium), because our other big hobby is bridge. Being hosts of a B&B with three rooms and the gîte suits us very well, because we love interacting with people, we enjoy helping them (with suggestions for good restaurants and fun activities in the area) and ensuring they have a wonderful time. In addition, everyone is different, has their own story and there is something to learn from everyone. That also appeals to us about B&B life.

B&B L'Atout is located in the heart of the French countryside, close to many beautiful and interesting attractions. For example: - Beauval Zoo, a 35-minute drive away. - Chenonceau Castle, a 50-minute drive away. - The vineyards of the Loire, a 35-minute drive away. - The historic town of Loches, a 20-minute drive away. - Parc Naturelle de la Brenne, a 15-minute drive away. - The picturesque village of Montrésor, a 20-minute drive away, which is listed as one of the most beautiful villages in France. The B&B itself is located on a beautiful Grande Randonnée route (GR46, from Tours to Toulouse), making the immediate surroundings ideal for walking (and cycling, with electric bikes). Fishing enthusiasts can visit our neighbour, who has a small campsite with a large fishing pond, where you can fish all day for a fee. But there are also several fishing opportunities a few kilometres away, for example on the Indre river with its small waterfalls, or a 7-minute drive away, near the Chateau of Bridoré. Do you enjoy really good food? Then pay a visit to Restaurant Arbore & Sens in Loches, which has 1 Michelin star. If you don't need much and just want to relax, that's fine too. You can spend the day by the pool or enjoy the wonderful peace and quiet of the French countryside. As you can see, there is something for everyone in and around B&B L'Atout de France.
