Hello , I have five studios in this building. Every studio has been renovated very recently, they are all bright, modern and clean. they have been designed to ensure a comfortable stay to a couple or a single traveler. Every studio is composed of a living room with a double sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom. They are on the first floor of this residential building with a private access to the beach

Neighbourhood information

These apartments are located at the foot of Suquet, the historic district of Cannes and just 50 meters from the beaches! The building has direct access to the beaches! The neighborhood is in the center, with plenty of restaurants and bars, just 500 meters from the Palais du Festival.
