Welcome to a peaceful and cozy building with 6 apartments, ideally located just steps from the historic center of Troyes. 🛏️ The Balnéo accommodates up to 4 guests, with WIFI, Queen Size beds (160cm), and a sofa bed. 🍽️ The kitchen is fully equipped: hob, microwave, fridge, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, dishes, and washing machine. 🧺 Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge. 🔑 Self check-in with a secure key box allows you to arrive at your convenience, from 4pm onwards. 🚗 Parking is available in the courtyard (for 4-5 cars, driveway width 2.20m) or for free in the surrounding streets. 🚶‍♂️ Everything can be done on foot from the apartment!
