Our place is the perfect place for Companies to organize TEAM BUILDING activities for up to 9 Professionals, all sleeping in different beds. It is also possible to gather everyone in the same room for Professional Presentations__________ CHECK IN /CHECK OUT: Guests are invited to check-in after 5pm (self check in/ key box) and check out is before 11 am (check out procedure includes a walkthrough and restitution of the keys in person). If you would like to request an early check in or a late check out, it will need to be approved by our cleaning crew first. House Rules: GUESTS A complete list of all guests will be required prior to your arrival. The number of guests must match the reservation, and any changes need to be approved in advance. No outside visitors are allowed—only registered guests from the reservation are permitted. All guests must sleep in the designated bedrooms, and no one is allowed to sleep on the couches or set up extra beds. We reserve the right to ask you to vacate the property if unregistered guests are found or if the guest limit is exceeded. No parties, events, or gatherings are allowed. ANIMAL If we have approved a pet (only one per booking), please follow the specific pet guidelines that will be provided prior to your arrival. CHECKin/CHECKout Check-in is after 5:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you’d like an early check-in or late check-out, this may be arranged based on availability, with potential additional fees. House OPENINGS Please keep all doors and windows closed when the heating is on, and ensure the main door is locked each time you leave. (Specific instructions for the sunroom glass doors are available in the house manual on using the QR Code provided.) FIRE Fires should never be left unattended. Fireplace use is only allowed with prior approval and under specific safety conditions. Please clean the BBQ and any fireplaces after use. NO SMOKING Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house, including in the sunrooms.
