Seduced by this city always in effervescence and loving the gastronomy, wines and life in general, it is for us always a great pleasure to share with our guests pleasant moments of conviviality. We are very keen to welcome you in the best way, that’s why we will be there when you arrive.

Property information

This private building which combines the character of the old and the modern has an elevator which serves 3 out of 4 apartments (Le Beaune Allerey, Le Beaune Guigogne et le Beaune Saint Etienne). The 4 apartments all have a prepaid parking card (included in the price of your rental), this gives you access to 1 parking space in a covered and secure car park located not far from the apartments. In addition, 2 of the 4 apartments have their own private terrace (Le Beaune Rousseau et le Beaune Saint Etienne) and one of them is fully equipped and accessible for accompanied people with reduced mobility (Le Beaune Guigogne). Each apartment has all the equipment and dishes necessary for your stay. They all have high-speed Internet access with wifi, television with foreign channels, reversible air conditioning, as well as a video intercom... In addition, in order to start your stay in good conditions, we will also have the pleasure of offering you a welcome kit (non-renewable)
