Appartement de standing avec parking sécurisé, idéalement situé au coeur du centre ville et à quelques minutes à pied de la gare SNCF de Rouen, dans un quartier très calme. Au deuxième étage d'un très bel immeuble ancien, Il peut accueillir confortablement 4 personnes (2 chambres, 2 salles de bain, 2 WC).
Rouennais d’origine, Aixois d’adoption, je partage ma vie entre ces deux villes auxquelles je suis très attaché, l’occasion de vous accueillir et partager avec vous tout ce qui fait qu’on se sent bien dans chacune d’elle ! Vous pouvez compter non seulement sur mon entière disponibilité tout au long de votre séjour, mais également sur mes conseils avisés pour l’organisation de votre séjour. Je vous dévoilerai mes bonnes adresses et vous indiquerai les lieux magiques et insolites qu’il faut absolument visiter à l’occasion de votre séjour rouennais !
[Instructions d’accès à l’appartement] > En voiture : A13 et A28 direction centre-ville de Rouen, puis suivre les grands boulevards en direction de la gare SNCF (boulevard des belges), puis emprunter à droite la rue Jean Lecanuet jusqu'au niveau du musée des Beaux-Arts. > En train : Depuis la gare SNCF de Rouen, descendre la rue Jeanne d'Arc. Comptez 5 mn à pied environ jusqu'à l'appartement. En avion : Aéroports de Boos à 13 km, Beauvais à 80 km, Roissy à 157 km, Orly à 149 km. RDV sur les sites web respectifs des aéroports pour découvrir les solutions de transport jusqu’à Rouen. > Sur Place : L’arrêt de métro Palais de justice situé à 4 min à pied de l’appartement vous permettra de parcourir le centre-ville et les communes alentours (gare SNCF situé à 1 arrêt).
