Enjoy a pleasant stay in this very enlightened and spacious villa with a garden and two terrasses. From the main entrance door you access a large hall where you can leave your things, then relax on the sofa and pick a book from the library. Going up the elegant marble stairs, you will enjoy a 150 sqm apartment with 3 large bedrooms, a large bathroom, an independant kitchen and a large living room with access to two terrasses, a small one on street side and a very large one on garden side.
The house is located in the center of Amneville town in a residential area. It is quiet and green, close to many local shops (bakery, pharmacy,...). It is safe as the doctor, police and fire station are just nearby. You can easily park in front of the house on the dedicated parking lot.
