Mandatory Information to Provide

Please provide us with the following:

The reason for your visit.

Your estimated arrival time.

A valid phone number where you can be reached.

Any additional information you consider useful to facilitate your stay.

Identification Documents:

An ID for each traveler wishing to stay with us must be submitted immediately after booking and no later than 48 hours after the reservation.

If we do not receive the documents within this timeframe, we will be forced to cancel your booking without the possibility of a refund.

Key Handover:

The keys will be handed over in person only to the person who made the reservation, upon presentation of a valid ID that matches the information provided during the booking, unless a prior arrangement has been made.

Modifications:

Any modifications (dates, length of stay, number of guests, etc.) must be made solely via the Booking platform.

No modifications will be accepted on-site.

Reservation Compliance:

If the information provided does not match the booking (e.g., ID not submitted, incorrect number of guests, etc.), we will not hand over the keys, and no refund will be given.

Any non-compliance will result in the cancellation of your stay without compensation, as the accommodation has already been arranged.

By confirming your reservation, you accept all of these conditions. We thank you for your understanding and remain at your disposal for any questions before your arrival.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of € 300 is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
