Neighborhood: Step out of the building and you have all the comforts of the town center: shops, restaurants, market, theatre, hairdresser, bike hire... ! Just 300m away, you'll find the Grand Ecran cinema and its Cinémax auditorium. You're just a 10-minute walk from the train station, a 10-minute walk from the port with its famous oyster huts and a 20-minute cycle ride from Arcachon center. There are plenty of bike hire companies who will bring your bikes to you, and you can store them in the bike room in the car park.
