🤗 - AMAZING and COZY APARTMENT of 32 sm with ELEVATOR in the real heart of Cannes fully furnished with 1 Queen Bed (160cmx200cm) for 1 or 2 people and 1 big comfortable armchair, at 450 mtr from the Palais des Festivals and Blvd de la Croisette, Carrè d'Or and La Banane, Rue D'Antibes the most famous shopping avenues in Cannes, the colorful open-air market Marchè Forville and Suquet with its romantic streets. Apt located in the internal of the pedestrian RUE MEYNADIER, street full of shops, restaurants, pubs, night clubs, casinos, street markets, mini market Carrefour, next to the golden beaches with 2 Km lenght, the port Le Pantiero and the sea. All this within walking distance in a few minutes. - Paid underground PARKING LE FERRAGE MEYNADIER at the exit of my apt open 24 hours, free on the street or parking meters by the hour. - Railway station LA GARE SNCF, public transport and taxi. Walking distance in 10 minutes. - SOUTH exposure, apartment in total calm because it overlooks an interior courtyard, overlooking Rue Meynadier, comfortable and bright.
