This typical old town house, just renovated, offers a unique charm 🍋 Located in the heart of the historic center of Menton, you will stay in a comfortable and privileged place offering breathtaking views, a real postcard 🤩 The ideal place to enjoy a relaxing stay while enjoying the city and the beaches located less than 5 minutes walk away 🌊 This authentic house on two levels offers you: - On the garden level: an outdoor patio, an entrance, a bedroom with closet (160x200 bed) and a bathroom with toilet. - Upstairs: a living room with open kitchen. The living room has a high quality sofa bed offering a second bed (140x190), a Full HD smart TV 101cm. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped. The accommodation has fast WIFI access (Fiber). Sheets, duvets, bath towels are provided. The house is located in the historic center, there is no car access. Parking is 150m walking from home. Free less than 3 hours with time disk or 15e for a whole week after registering your license plate via the App "Pay by Phone".
