This chalet is part of a complex of 61 homes known as "Village Nordique". It is located around 500 m south of the center of the La Féclaz resort and 300 m from the first downhill and cross-country ski slopes. This detached chalet is set in a quiet area of 500 m2, with a terrace and south-facing windows. With 75 m2 of living space on 2 levels, it can accommodate up to 6 people. The chalet is composed as follows: Ground floor: - an entrance hatch for storing equipment (skis, snowshoes, boots, etc.) ; - a living room with TV and sofa bed. - a kitchenette equipped with fridge, hob, oven and electric coffee-maker. - bathroom and WC. - bedroom with double bed. First floor: - a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. - An alcove with a single bed. No linen or towels are provided. The premises are rented furnished with kitchen equipment, crockery, glassware, blankets and pillows for 6 people. During the summer season, tenants have access to the shared Nordic Village swimming pool. This open-air facility, with treated and heated water, is fenced and closed outside opening hours, preventing access by young children, as required by current regulations for this type of facility. The pool, which varies in depth from 1 to 2.5 meters, is not supervised, and children are therefore allowed to swim under the sole responsibility of their parents.
