Our old Port condo offers the perfect symbioses between wanting a conference and/or a beach getaway. It is charmingly locates oceanfront in the old Port, Old Town of Cannes and besidesebeing built in 1896, we had to make commitments with modernizing the apartment without destroying the charme of its origin. Therefore we used natuaral materials such as wooden parquet and left the beautiful white arabesques at the vaulted ceilings. A great architect helped us to still give the livingroom a very spacious appearance whereas at the same time build in two bedrooms with each a showerbath ensuite. Sonorization was another subject, we added double and triple windows as well added isolation to the electric roller blinds . Last but not least we did not ad the common type of mattresses to the apartment. We purchased new 26-30 cm thick 7 zone memory foam mattresses and that should help giving you a good sleeping experience.
We rent out apartments at the côte d’ Azur since 2001, purchased this one in 2015 and modernized it just recently in 2020 .
Next door to us we have one of the nicest restaurants in town, also newly modernized, La Papillote. We are oceanfront have a beautiful view on the boats of the Old Port, City Hall, Palais du Festival and Even we can sea the isles de Lerins . The old Town where there is no traffic is about less than 2 min walk from us, so is the beach, the Palais, the marché Forville. You do not need a car to explore it all, just walk and enjoy this beautiful atmosphere.
