It's a three-storey chalet for 11 guests, with five bedrooms and three bathrooms. The OVO Network team’s opinion - Situated right next door to the Palais des Sports, the water park and the tennis courts, and just a few minutes from the Super Morzine and the ski bus, it's ideally located for those who enjoy the great outdoors. This chalet is a member of the multipass scheme offering an opportunity to buy a pass to walking lifts, tennis courts, pools, ice rink, lakes and more for only 2.5 euros a day! Families in particular will love the range of activities available just a short walk away - there are gentle walks along the river for young families and the Parc Dereches has a huge choice of activities for older children - horse-riding, street hockey, a skatepark and tree-top adventures are just some of them. Summer or winter, there's always something going on just minutes from this convenient home. With bedrooms spread across the three floors, there is plenty of privacy for separate families or multi-generational groups. The three bedrooms on the top floor, two of which are ideal for children, make a great family area, although it's worth noting that there is no toilet or bathroom on this floor. We love the practical ski room with a heated boot warmer and laundry facilities - none of your sports equipment has to go upstairs into the main house! The sunny wraparound balcony is also a great place to relax after an energetic day in the mountains. The owners of this well-loved chalet have been visiting since their children were babies, and have always found plenty to entertain their growing family. It's not difficult to see why - with so many facilities on your doorstep, there's plenty of fun to be had! Free wifi, cleaning, towels & linen included.

About the property ... You'll enter Chalet Bellanis via the ski room with laundry facilities and an extra fridge freezer - you can store your skis here and pop your boots on the heated rack before heading up to the living area. There's also a double bedroom on this floor with plenty of storage, a wall-mounted television, an en suite bathroom and a separate toilet. The cosy living area is on the first floor - the practical open-plan kitchen has a large five-ring gas hob, and there are two full-size ovens - great when you're cooking for a crowd. There's also a fridge freezer, a microwave and a dishwasher. The large dining table, which has plenty of room for everyone to eat together, separates this from the cosy seating area, where comfortable sofas are arranged around the wall-mounted television. Doors open from here on to the sunny balcony, which has views over the river to the village and mountains beyond. There's another bedroom on this floor - a spacious double room with good storage, a television and an adjacent bathroom. This bedroom opens on to the balcony - a great place to start your day with a coffee. There's also a separate shower room on this floor. You'll find three more bedrooms on the upper mezzanine floor, which overlooks the living area. The first room has three single beds, the next has twin beds and the third has a king size bed which can be arranged as two single beds. The last two rooms each have a handbasin. There's plenty of parking right outside Chalet Bellanis - a real plus for a chalet that's so close to all the facilities of Morzine, but in such a great location, you may want to just park up your car and forget about it for the duration of your stay.
