We warmly welcome all our guests from around the world to come and enjoy a wonderful time at Chalet Champraz. This is a studio apartment in the chalet. The inside space is well maintained and light permeates inside the property through the gorgeous bay window which dominates the lounge area. There is an immediate feeling of peace and tranquillity as you step inside. The kitchen has everything you might need. There is a TV (FR & EN) and Blu-Ray player for guests to use, as well as free high-speed fibre Wi-Fi. There is gas central heating throughout with instant hot water. Through the door is the beautifully decorated master bedroom with its double bed. There are shelves and storage and a high window above the central heating radiator. Leading on from the master bedroom is a clean and orderly shower/toilet room with instant gas hot water and a towel radiator. Outside is a garden bench looking towards the Dru, and access to the gorgeous 1200m2 garden which has trees and sits right next to the lake! Free parking is available right outside. The garden is large and sunny and shared by the other few chalet residents. The entrance area and bench is private and only for your use. Please note, there is NO SMOKING allowed either in our around the chalet, including the entrance. If you do wish to smoke, there is a 1200m2 garden you may walk around while you do so, Guests not respecting this policy will be asked to leave the property! Thank you for your understanding.

Studio apartment in a private chalet located in a lovely and quiet residential area, the calmest and sunniest part of the Chamonix Valley, which makes a big difference in winter! There is a lake outside, where guests can relax, picnic & watch the ducks, surrounded by nature with picturesque views on all sides. The garden is large and sunny and shared by the other few chalet residents. The entrance area with its bench is private and only for our guests, along with a picnic table and chairs in the garden . Check in is from 17:00h but we can offer an earlier time for a 20 Eur fee - do ask us! For the comfort of everyone and to enforce "no-party" and "quiet hours" rules (21:00-08:00), active noise monitoring is installed in the property and noise levels are recorded against your 1000 EUR security deposit. Similarly, if you disappoint us by smoking, 100 EUR will be charged for extra cleaning, we will ask you to leave and we will report you for misconduct. Thank you for your understanding. Unarranged late check outs will also be charged at 20 EUR/hour as the cleaner waits outside! Would you please be so kind as to take away your rubbish too? Bins are just 150m away on the road.
